The owner of Optimal Flooring came out to our new home the day I contacted him. He, Jullian, was extremely explanatory in the process he offers. I was very impressed with his response and willingness to begin work immediately. The next day he was prompt and began working hard to remove the washer and dryer and a large wooden cabinet we did not want. He worked very smart using a dolly as to not hurt himself. He proceeded to grind the concrete garage floor for six hours and then began the rest of the project. Below you will see the finished garage floor. We are soooo happy.
